Any verified Real Money Funds balance remaining at the time of closure, subject to the satisfaction of applicable bonus wagering conditions and the completion of any pending withdrawal requests, will be returned to you via your verified payment method.

pk844 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• There is reasonable suspicion or evidence of a breach of these Terms.
